All orders are processed the following Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the week (excluding holidays) the day you receive your order confirmation email. Your order will either ship the day of or after processing and you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees and delivery time with free local pickup at Joseph’s Steakhouse found at 360 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06604.
Please call ahead at 203-337-9944 to make sure you are able to purchase our product during our opening hours. Cash or credit card will be acceptable forms of payment.
We do not offer international shipping at this time
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1-3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through the contact form found at www.josephssteakhouse.com/contact with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
